What products do you offer?BOKSII offers curated, pre-assembled gift boxes. Each box has a special combination of products, created to complement a special occasion. We also offer flowers which are another excellent way to celebrate and show someone you care.

Will my BOKSII arrive exactly as shown?We make every effort to assure that what you see is what you get. With the exception of fresh daily items, we offer accurate images of our featured products. In the case a substitution is necessary, it will always be of the value of the original product or higher, and will complement the existing products in the box.

Will any price tags be visible on the products in the BOKSII?Rest assured we will remove or conceal any price tags.

Do you offer corporate gifting services?Yes, we do! If you and your company are interested, please contact us at info@boksii.com.

Do you deliver fresh flowers?Our fresh flower bouquets are available for pickup only to assure they remain fresh and beautiful.

When will my BOKSII be delivered?We make deliveries on Thursdays between 12pm-5pm.

Do you offer same-day delivery or pickup?Depending on the BOKSII you want, we might be able to accommodate same day orders. For any special requests contact us at info@boksii.com.

What is the fee for delivery in Los AngelesThe delivery fee in Los Angeles is $20. Pickups are always free! We encourage you to pick up your BOKSII, safe and curbside, at 1548 N Orange Grove Avenue, Los Angeles, 90046, CA.

How will I know my BOKSII has arrived?You will receive an email notification once your BOKSII is dispatched. A messenger will personally deliver your BOKSII and may contact you on the number you provided if they have any questions.

Do you deliver outside of Los Angeles?Not at the moment, but hopefully very soon!

What is your return and refund policy?If any items included in your BOKSII are damaged please email us at info@boksii.com within 7 days of receiving the BOKSII and we can arrange an exchange or refund.
